WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All our orders within the EU are shipped trough DHL. After your order is completed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then receive a Track & Trace code with confirmation of the delivery time. If you want to find out the location and time of delivery, keep an eye on the DHL Track & Trace page with your personal code.

MY ORDER HAS NOT YET DELIVERED, WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

If you have not yet received your order, we advise you to first consult the Track & Trace code in the confirmation email from your delivery service. If you have not yet received a message - nor a Track & Trace code - please contact us at customercare@soapstar.nl We will look with you and look for a solution. Tip: also check the spam folder of your inbox. Sometimes messages end up there.

I DO NOT LIVE IN THE NETHERLANDS. WHERE'S MY ORDER?
