You can pay securely and easily with the following payment methods:

Credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cartes bancaires), iDEAL, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay & Bancontact.

That’s why all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both Soapstar and your bank. To give you the best possible protection during online payments, a 3D Secure verification step may be required—this depends on your bank. You might be asked to enter a password, or you could receive a one-time verification code via email or SMS.

How do I pay?

1. Go to your shopping cart and click ‘Checkout’.
2. Fill in your details and click ‘Continue to order’.
3. Select your preferred shipping method and click ‘Go to payment’.
4. Choose your payment method.
5. Click ‘Complete order’ to finalize. Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email.

How do I pay with iDEAL?

Please note: iDEAL is available only when shopping on the Dutch website (in euros) with a billing address in the Netherlands.

1. Go to your shopping cart and click ‘Checkout’.
2. Fill in your details and click ‘Continue to order’.
3. Select your shipping method and click ‘Go to payment’.
4. Choose iDEAL as your payment method.
5. Click ‘Complete order’. A new window will open where you select your bank. You’ll then be redirected to your bank’s secure website to complete the payment steps. Once the payment is processed, you’ll receive your order confirmation by email.
