CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Certainly. We want to offer you a hassle-free experience to return products. Orders can be returned up to 14 days after receipt - provided the hygiene seal is not broken and the item is not damaged.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT/ORDER?
1. If you want to return, please send a message trough the contact form or send us an email at customercare@soapstar.nl with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will ensure that you receive a returns form and return label so that you can return the order. These will be emailed to you and may end up in your spam folder.
3. Complete the returns form and add it to your return shipment. Stick the return label on the box and take it to the delivery point closest to you.

Please note: Returns remain legally your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged in transit. Please ensure you receive proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return.
If you return an item for which you request a refund within the delivery/collection return period, we will refund you the full amount. We aim to refund the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
